Lori Nevias

Lori Nevias graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. During her time in law school, Lori was part of the moot court team that participated in various competitions. Lori Nevias was also selected for the Alexander Fellowship honors program and worked as a junior clerk for Federal Judge William Broderick. Since graduating from law school, Ms. Nevias has represented individuals, businesses, and civil and religious organizations in state and Federal courts all over New York. Lori is licensed to practice in New York state courts and the Federal Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She has argued before the New York State Court of Appeals and the Appellate Divisions of the First, Second, and Third Departments of the New York Supreme Court.  Lori Nevias has successfully litigated personal injury, malpractice, real estate, civil rights, family law, estate law, dealership and franchise law, and defamation law cases for over 20 years.
